If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aSr Program Manager located in Guadalajara, South Campus\nReporting to the Program Management Manager the Sr Program Manager role involves managing and leading the multifunctional team assigned to the account that needs to be managed, focused on obtaining operational and financial results aligned with the organizational objectives and those of our clients.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nCoordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.) \nLeader for Large NPI projects.\nWill communicate to external customer and upper management for Project status and day to day activities.\nWill lead multidisciplinary team to achieve the goals negotiated with both external and internal customers.\nResponsible for customer satisfaction and Project profitability.\nEstablish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.\nCommunicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants.\nDevelop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.\nMaintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables\nProvide advice to lower-level Project/Product Managers to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.\nRecommend changes to policies which may affect subordinate organization(s).\nInteract frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
