This role will be part of our dynamic China talent acquisition team and will be responsible for the recruitment activities for the assigned Segments and the talent acquisition projects as required.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\n· Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle process including requisition management, sourcing, screening and interviewing\n· Establish and maintain strong business partnerships with hiring managers to meet current and future hiring needs\n· Use multiple sourcing channels to source active and passive candidates.\n· Proactively manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.\n· Handle assigned or ad-hoc TA projects as required.\n· Update the recruitment weekly and period report.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\n· Bachelor degree or above in HR Management, Business administration, English or related majors\n· At least 5 years’ in house recruiter experience; product design or manufacturing industry background is preferred; Headhunter experience will be added advantage\n· Proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates through direct sourcing, social media, networking, referrals and other channels\n· Experienced in staffing system like Workday, Taleo and Beamery will be an added advantage\n· Strong and proactive communication skills to interact with business stakeholders\n· Excellent oral and written English\n· Self-starter and team work spirit.\nHere are a few of our preferred experiences:\nHeadhunter experience will be a plus;\nExperienced in staffing system like Workday, Taleo and BrassRing will be an added advantage\nFamiliar with talent market of Automotive, Medical, Power Industry will be highly preferred.\nHere are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical benefits, dental, vision\nLife Insurance\nPTO\nJob Category\nHuman ResourcesRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
