Job Summary

Summary:

The “Sourcing Specialist ” will be based in Nanshan, Shenzhen, reporting to Sr Commodity Manager.

What a typical day looks like:

• 负责高压连接器、线束及液冷相关物料供应商的开发、评估、导入与管理; 管理供应商KPI并维护供应商关系。
• 支持NPI项目的RFQ询价工作，为QBOM提供报价信息。
• 在NPI开发过程中，与技术品类经理协同，组织并参与研发与供应商之间的技术沟通和讨论。
• 跟进研发部门所需样品的准备与交付，支持产品认证及NPI试产。
• 与研发团队合作推进替代供应商方案，降低单一来源风险，并持续推动成本降低。
• 与SQE协作，跟进FAI及相关零部件认证工作。
• 支持CTB工作，缩小量产阶段的成本差距; 同时支持工厂物料拉动和延后管理。
• 与供应商开展QBR及商务谈判，推动相关品类的降本项目。
• 持续开发和寻找新供应商，并根据需要完成BP Code创建。
• 完成其他与品类管理相关的工作。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 本科及以上学历，具有5年以上采购、寻源或品类管理相关工作经验。
• 具备优秀的沟通、协调及谈判能力，能够与供应商及内部团队进行高效协作。
• 具备较强的数据收集与分析能力，能够基于数据做出清晰、合理的决策。
• 能够在压力环境下工作，具有团队合作精神，并能快速响应内部合理需求。
• 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够满足岗位的国际化沟通需求。
