If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Test Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus\nReporting to the Director, Process Engineering the Sr Test Engineer role involves responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDirects and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing.\nDirects and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data.\nDevelops and/or modifies test programs using various languages (Python).\nDevelops instrument drivers.\nDevelops and/or supports diagnostic tests at the card edge level.\nDesigns and supports functional test hardware, computer platforms and interfaces.\nDevelops test plans and procedures.\nCoordinates 3rd party development of functional test development, enhancements, test fixtures.\nDevelops quotations for functional test hardware and software.\nAnalyzes and interprets software or system level diagnostic failure (software and hardware).\nDevelops and/or modifies software or system level plans and tests.\nDevelops and/or supports quality comprehensive test programs.\nDevelops quotes for test development and enhancements.\nPerforms test ability analysis (DFT).\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor´s Degree in Electronics, mechatronics or related.\nSolid experience in NPI\nStrong experience as a Test Engineer\nAdvanced English is mandatory\nSolid experience in capacity analysis and corrective/preventive maintenance\nExperience managing test KPIs\nPersonnel management\nAdvanced Excel\nPython programming skills desirable\nSchedule availability\nDevelops and/or modifies test programs using various languages (i.e. Python, Lab View, Perl etc.).\nValid visa and passport would be a plus\nundefined\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary\nLife & Medical insurance\nChristmas Bonus\nFood Coupons\nSaving Fund\nLife Insurance\nAU51\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
