Engineer to define our infrastructure strategy, establish SRE best practices, and build systems capable of running large-scale AI workloads across distributed, multi-cloud environments.\nYou’ll work closely with developers to ensure our platform is reliable, performant, and scalable - without slowing down product velocity.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn Reliability & Architecture:\nDesign and evolve the infrastructure backbone for our AI and PaaS platform\nBuild highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems\nDefine and drive SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets)\nBuild Infrastructure at Scale:\nLead Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi\nOwn and scale Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads\nStandardize and automate infrastructure for global deployments\nCI/CD & Automation:\nDesign and scale CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable releases\nBuild self-healing systems and automated remediation workflows\nDrive GitOps and platform engineering practices\nObservability & Performance:\nImplement end-to-end observability using VictoriaMetrics and Grafana (metrics, logs, traces)\nIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks (latency, throughput, cost)\nLead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems\nLeadership & Collaboration:\nPartner with backend, AI, runtime, and security teams\nGuide infrastructure decisions and resilience (disaster recovery, chaos testing, capacity planning)\nWhat You'll Need to Be Successful\n8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering\nProven experience operating large-scale, distributed systems in production\nDeep expertise in:\nKubernetes & container orchestration\nPulumi (or similar IaC tools)\nCloud or hybrid environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or on-prem)\nObservability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)\n\nStrong experience with CI/CD, automation, and release engineering\nProficiency in Python, Go, or Bash\nStrong systems thinking and debugging skills in high-scale environments\nExperience defining and operating with SLOs / SLAs\nExperience in startup environments\nComfortable leveraging AI coding tools and agents to move faster\nNice to Have\nExperience with AI/ML infrastructure or GPU workloads\nFamiliarity with distributed or high-performance compute systems\nExposure to platform engineering / internal developer
