If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Staff Product Engineer located inSG, Kallang.\n\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nResponsible for product engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization.\nCoordinate with customers to determine product specifications, bill of materials, test methods, test software and design changes and responds to their request.\nConfer with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.\nDevelop, evaluate, and improve both manufacturing and test methods for productivity, better yield and through put.\nEstablish robust, repeatable and reproducible process and test parameters.\nTroubleshoot process and test related issues and resolves the problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.\nDevelop and maintain product related (both process and test) documentation.\nAnalyze and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.\nCoordinate development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment required to test and record test data.\nCo-ordinate and work on the requirements for equipment and process validations.\nApply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.\nProvide training to production personnel during new product transfer or product design changes.\nProvide equipment maintenance and repair support as required.\nParticipate in cost improvement/reduction programs as part of LEAN.\nContribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental,\nHealth and Safety policies and procedures and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.\nParticipate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures.\n\nThe experience we're looking to add to the team:\nRelevant education background in Manufacturing Engineering\nTechnical knowledge of System box build\nAble to read and understand 2D drawings, schematics for components\nEnglish speaking - other languages desirable to communicate with large customer base\nPC Literate: Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD etc.\nKnowledge in CAD system basics\nGood technical and commercial communication skills.
