This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of all equity data within stock plan systems, manages internal SOX controls, and works closely with employees and cross-functional partners across HR, Finance, Legal, and other business functions, to deliver high-quality equity administration experience.\nWhile direct equity administration experience is highly valued, the team is open to candidates with a strong compensation and analytical background.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nEquity Administration\nProcess stock grants, vesting events, exercises, forfeitures, cancellations, repurchases, and distributions.\nManage monthly equity grant cycles.\nMaintain equity records in third-party stock administration systems.\nCoordinate with transfer agents and stock plan service providers.\nundefined\n\nData Management & Analytics\nPerform equity reconciliations and audits.\nEnsure accuracy and integrity of stock plan data.\nAnalyze compensation and equity-related data.\nSupport reporting and operational metrics.\nundefined\n\nCompliance and Governance\nSupport payroll and tax reporting for equity transactions.\nManage SOX compliance audits and maintain internal SOX-compliant documentation and internal controls.\nSupport insider trading compliance and blackout period administration.\nReview Section 16 filings (Forms 3, 4,\nundefined\nMonitor regulatory and legislative developments affecting equity compensation.\nundefined\n\nExecutive Compensation & SEC Reporting\nSupport preparation of proxy statement compensation tables.\nAssist with SEC-related compensation disclosures.\nParticipate in executive and equity compensation data surveys.\nundefined\n\nCross-Functional Partnership\nWork closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, Communications, transfer agents, and external vendors.\nRespond to employee equity-related inquiries.\nDrive process improvements and operational efficiencies\nWhat we're looking to add to our team:\n5+ years’ experience in compensation or other related or HR functions, with direct experience in equity compensation\nStrong data analytical skills\nAdvanced MS Excel skills\nExcellent attention to detail; must be thorough and meticulous in their work\nAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality and ability to work with sensitive information\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nHighly collaborative and team-oriented\nBachelor’s degree required\nRM21\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
