If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Inventory Control Supervisor, located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor, the role involves responsibilities for activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nReviews and monitors the timely confirmation and accuracy of inbound inventory, outbound shipments, and book adjustment transactions to ensure accurate inventory management records. \nCoordinates and performs the taking of physical inventories in accordance with the manufacturers’ requirements, investigates inventory variances; directs the performance of daily/weekly cycle accounts and adjusts inventory records if necessary. \nCoordinates delivery/pick up of materials from supply room, if exists. \nCoordinates the activities associated with product recalls upon request. \nMonitors the activities associated with customer return shipments including overages, shortages and damages; communicates concealed damages to manufacturer. \nCoordinates damaged and defective products, ensuring it is accounted for and properly handled by dumping, reconditioning, or returning to producing plant. \nSupervises all inventory control personnel, if any, to achieve objectives relating to inventory control management, provides communication and suggests inventory improvements to supervisor. \nProvides back up to purchasing agent, if necessary. \nKeys receipts of materials, if necessary. \nPerform other related duties as assigned by management. \nEffectively communicate with associates and customers in person and via telephone, verbally and non-verbally to accomplish necessary objectives \nEffectively review performance of subordinates, if any, to ensure compliance to requirements. \nMust be able to shift priorities easily. \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nCompleted bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.\n Knowledge of inventory control and inventory management.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level preferred).\nExperience in personnel management and team supervision.\nBasic English proficiency.\n Strong organinational skills with the ability to monitor and control operational activities.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nSaving Fund.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nOC16\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
