The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Para apoyar a nuestros equipos extraordinarios, que crean productos excelentes y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, buscamos incorporar a un-Supervisor Industrial ubicado en Guadalajara,Campus Norte.

Reportando a un Ingeniero Industrial elSupervisor Industrial es responsable de dirigir las operaciones de manufactura dentro de un turno o área asignada, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, entrega, productividad y costos. Esta posición lidera equipos de producción, promueve la mejora continua y garantiza el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos de la organización.

Responsabilidades Principales:

• Supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias de producción para cumplir con el plan de manufactura y los requerimientos del cliente.

• Liderar, capacitar y desarrollar al personal operativo y líderes de línea.

• Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) relacionados con seguridad, calidad, productividad, entregas y costos.

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de procedimientos operativos, instrucciones de trabajo y estándares de calidad.

• Implementar y promover iniciativas de mejora continua utilizando herramientas Lean Manufacturing.

• Coordinar actividades con las áreas de Ingeniería, Calidad, Mantenimiento, Planeación y Cadena de Suministro.

• Optimizar la utilización de recursos y la asignación de personal.

• Apoyar introducciones de nuevos productos (NPI) y cambios de proceso.

• Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño y desarrollar planes de crecimiento para el equipo.

• Mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro y cumplir con las regulaciones de EHS.

La experiencia que buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo:

• Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Manufactura o carrera afín.

• Experiencia en una position similar.

• Conocimiento de Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma y herramientas de mejora continua.

• Experiencia en sistemas ERP y análisis de métricos de producción.

• Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas.

• Experiencia con instalación y balanceo de líneas.

• Conocimientos de layout/ AutoCAD.

• Inglés básico.

• Experiencia liderando personal.
