Esta posición lidera equipos de producción, promueve la mejora continua y garantiza el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos de la organización.\nResponsabilidades Principales:\nSupervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias de producción para cumplir con el plan de manufactura y los requerimientos del cliente.\n\nLiderar, capacitar y desarrollar al personal operativo y líderes de línea.\n\nMonitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) relacionados con seguridad, calidad, productividad, entregas y costos.\n\nGarantizar el cumplimiento de procedimientos operativos, instrucciones de trabajo y estándares de calidad.\n\nImplementar y promover iniciativas de mejora continua utilizando herramientas Lean Manufacturing.\n\nCoordinar actividades con las áreas de Ingeniería, Calidad, Mantenimiento, Planeación y Cadena de Suministro.\n\nOptimizar la utilización de recursos y la asignación de personal.\n\nApoyar introducciones de nuevos productos (NPI) y cambios de proceso.\n\nRealizar evaluaciones de desempeño y desarrollar planes de crecimiento para el equipo.\n\nMantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro y cumplir con las regulaciones de EHS.\n\nLa experiencia que buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo:\nLicenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Manufactura o carrera afín.\n\nExperiencia en una position similar.\n\nConocimiento de Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma y herramientas de mejora continua.\n\nExperiencia en sistemas ERP y análisis de métricos de producción.\n\nHabilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas.\n\nExperiencia con instalación y balanceo de líneas.\n\nConocimientos de layout/ AutoCAD.\n\nInglés básico.\n\nExperiencia liderando personal.\n\nLo que recibirás por el excelente trabajo que realizas:\nSalario competitivo.\n\nSeguro de vida y médico.\n\nAguinaldo.\n\nPrima vacacional.\n\nVales de despensa.\n\nFondo de Ahorro.\n\nYG20\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
