Together, we’re not just advancing technology - we’re redefining cooling standards to create a more sustainable tomorrow.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supplier Quality Engineer located inLittleton, MA.\nReporting to theSr Director, Operations the Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible to provide the analytics and guidance to effectively manage product and process quality for all JetCool products. Strong preference will be given to those with a proven history.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nEstablish statistical process control measurement methods to gather product and process quality performance.\nWork with Development Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to set up the proper quality control metrics for all JetCool products.\nWork with external suppliers, domestically and internationally to validate in-factory quality management tools, controls and reporting mechanisms. Integrate supplier quality data into JetCool quality control methods assuring timely and collaborative management of on-going product quality.\nPerform regularly scheduled on-site quality audits at key suppliers, assuring compliance with JetCool quality standards.\nParticipate in, and work with Design Engineering during NPI development programs ensuring design for quality considerations are embedded.\nEvaluates, leads the discovery of field return quality issues, drives root cause investigations, and recommends corrective actions.\nActs as the point of contact for all internal and external quality issues across the supply chain (suppliers, raw stock, WIP, finished goods, warehouses, field deployments).\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\n4-year college degree, masters preferred\nMinimum of 5-7 years relevant industry experience\nExperience working with fluid-mechanical systems consisting of fluids and pumps.\nDemonstrated experience building QMS management systems in partnership with global suppliers.\nExperience working with PLM and ERP systems.\nStrong statistical process control skills.\nExperience working with Customers as a prime point of contact for fielded quality issues.\nExperience working with and integrating product and process quality data into product reliability control programs.\nExperience working with internal manufacturing teams, global component, value-add and contract manufacturing suppliers.\nHas high volume production experience with complex fluid-mechanical products and assemblies.\nExperience working collaboratively with Design Engineering, Manufacturing and External Partners during aggressive time to market NPI programs.\nDemonstrated experience designing and implementing digital data collection methods and tools.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering on commitments.\nBO18\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
