If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Analyst located in Guadalajara, South.\nReporting to the Director, Materials, Supply Chain Analyst role involves being responsible for data analysis and developing analytical solutions in the GPSC (Global Procurement & Supply Chain).\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDrives sourcing/pricing strategies in materials quotations. \nPresents materials value-add to customers or suppliers, and influence customer to use preferred suppliers. \nInterfaces with customer or supplier in new project start-up, for cost of ownership issues. \nDevelops and guides implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plans. \nManages component cost/price on a local, regional and global basis. \nTracks materials financial performance, and initiate corrective actions when required. \nDefines and implements pricing and costing strategies. \nCoordinate sourcing strategies with Supply Management and Customers. \nDevelop an implement cost take down strategies. \nIncrease Vendor Managed Inventory, Reduced Guide-Time and Electronic Data Interface penetration. \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS or equivalent work experience\nPrevious experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Field\nIntermediate level data and Analytics skills\nBasic Knowledge of database systems, SQL\nWorking knowledge of Statistical Analysis and modeling\nWorking proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)\nGood communication skills in English (spoken, written)\nNice to have basic knowledge of managerial accounting and financial analysis\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nMG61\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
