If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nJob Summary\nFlex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Business Analyst located in Guadalajara, North.\nReporting to the Materials Manager, the Supply Chain Business Analyst role will work with global teams, creating reports and analyzing information, doing data research and being in charge for customer interface on strategic materials for key assigned accounts.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nHas regular contact with US, India and other countries facilities if applicable to deliver regular activities.\nResponsible for data research and build reports on a regular basis.\nPresents materials value-add to customers or suppliers, and influence customer.\nInterfaces with customer or supplier in new project start-up, for cost of ownership issues. \nTracks materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required. \nDefines and implements pricing and costing strategies. \nCoordinate sourcing strategies with Supply Management and Customers. \nMonitor and manage supplier times.\nMitigates shortages, excess on order and excess on hand.\nParticipate on and help global and regional commodity teams.\nContribute information/data on top spend suppliers for quarterly scorecards.\nTravel on a quarterly basis to attend different resposibilities.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree in related field.\nStrong experience in similar role with Supply chain involvement business analysis or related.\nAdvanced Excel knowledge & SQL programming would be very important for data analysis and report creation.\nMRP knowledge.\nSubject matter of pulse.\nExperience working with multicultural teams.\nEnglish proficiency advanced.\nStrong ability to develop and present information across different levels within the organization and with clients.\nPassport & Visa would be an advantage.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nKL08\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
