If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Co-Op at our Orangeburg, SC site.\nReporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the student will support strategic inventory initiatives focused on improving material margin & ITO while working closely with Supply Chain Managers, Global Commodity Management, and Global Site Operations to identify inventory-reduction strategies, enhance operational performance, and contribute to smarter demand-management decisions.\nThis is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced supply chain environment while driving value for the business.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nAssist with analyzing inventory data for Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory and component-level liability data to identify high-risk items and inventory reduction opportunities.\nConduct weekly E&O inventory analysis to identify variances, trends, and best practices to support during account reviews with SSCMs, PMs, and GAMs.\nAssist in site training, webinars, and implementation of inventory management tools.\nCollaborate with operations, supply chain managers, IT, legal, and other teams to ensure contractual inventory terms are digitized and maintained.\nSupport executive-level initiatives, including Customer Collaboration Platform development, Inventory Liability Management, and automation of Contractually Claimable Inventory. \nHelp identify and implement process improvements across global SIOP activities.\nWork with data from ERP and supply chain systems (e.g., Baan, Tableau) to develop actionable dashboards and reports.\nAssist in preparing presentations and business cases for leadership review.\nStudent qualities we’re seeking for this Spring Co-Op assignment:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.\nStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).\nFamiliarity with supply chain principles, sourcing strategy, or cost analysis is a plus.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\nDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.\nComfortable working cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams.\nPrior internship or coursework in procurement, logistics, or manufacturing is a bonus.\nCo-Op Program Requirements:\nAvailable to work 40 hours/week (in-person) for the Spring 2027 school semester\nCurrently enrolled in a 4-year accredited university\n3.0 minimum GPA\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
