If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Solution Analyst preferablylocated in Tczew,Poland or one of our Flex location in Europe.\nReporting to the Director, Supply Chain Solution, the Supply Chain Solution Analyst role involves supporting business process owners, global materials, regional operations and site teams in addressing customer-specific requirements related to APS and supply chain planning solutions.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nAct as the global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) functional support and supply chain solutions.\nFacilitate customers related processes or requests using APS, and design solutions that meet business requirements while maximizing the utilization of Flex standard processes and tools.\nEnable new business opportunities or new customers onboarding through the development, implementation, and deployment of APS and supply chain planning solutions.\nParticipate in global projects involving the design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of APS solutions.\nSupport the implementation and rollout of global APS tools and solutions to meet customer requirements and Global Supply Chain (GPSC) objectives.\nProvide training to sites on APS tools, planning processes, and best practices.\nFacilitate process improvement initiatives and contribute to the definition and adoption of supply chain planning best practices across the organization.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption of supply chain solutions.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nExperience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or other Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) platforms.\nExperience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, and system implementation support.\nExperience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment.\nProven ability to independently define, plan, and execute complex process improvement and transformation initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of ERP systems; familiarity with Baan V or Infor LN is preferred.\nStrong understanding of Demand Planning, Demand Management, SIOP, Production Scheduling, and supply chain planning processes.\nGeneral understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application in improving planning, visibility, decision-making, and supply chain responsiveness.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, databases, and data analysis tools; SQL knowledge is preferred.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.\nSelf-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.\nWillingness and flexibility to travel as required.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nInteresting and challenging work in an experienced and well-coordinated team\nSubstantive support during the onboarding process\nParticipation in international projects and collaboration with high-class specialists\nAccess to modern technologies\nDevelopment through co-financing for studies or foreign language learning\nSports cards\nPrivate medical care (with an on-site office)\nEmployment contract\nKS59\nBB97\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
