Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Solution Manager located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Director, Materials The Supply Chain Solution Manager role will be in charge of directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. In charge of managing and overseeing the methods and processes in hold up of both new and existing products. Customer face and strategic.

What a typical day looks like:

• Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations-

• Checks materials related to data research.

• Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals.

• Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.

• Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drives

• Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience

• Experience in one or more disciplines of supply chain management and operations.

• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Demonstrated negotiation skills in achieving favorable cost and service provisions.

• Candidate must be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to effectively achieve results in a largely autonomous work environment.

• Candidate must be fluent in writing, speaking, and understanding English

• Typically requires a minimum of years of supply chain management experience or relatedfield, including broad based management and supervision.

• Experience on Leading Cross Functional teams

• Experience on Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, MPS end to end process

• Strong Communication Skills

• Experience on SQL, Data Management, Macro Implementation.

• Experience in MRP System, Kinaxis, and Office

• Available for traveling 30% of the time ( VISA and Passport)
