If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a System Senior Staff Engineer located in Changi, Singapore.\nThe System Engineer, working with other design team members, will be responsible for system architecture definition and feasibility assessment in order to meet customer’s requirements, from the development of conceptual prototypes and architecture, through development into full-scale production.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nProject technical leadership, responsible for managing System Integration involving cross-functional teams\n\nMain technical interface for customer and suppliers of critical parts\n\nHelps supervisors to ensure that department PDPs are correctly implemented\n\nOrganizes periodic technical team meetings, working for the resolution of System problems\n\nEnsures that system documentation is prepared according to the project schedule, being owner of the related deliverables (system requirements and system design)\n\nHighlights schedule issues, allocation and resources problems to DPM\n\nReview System RA, dFMEA, pFMEA and takes care of verifying appropriate link and implementation\n\nReview test strategy especially covering System Integration (Fault Injection) and ensure the correct split between SW/EE/ME/QE tests\n\nSupports DPM in updating the action tracker list file for items related to inter-department dependencies\n\nSupport the updating of the defect tracking system (with the support of the DPM) to evaluate and assign bug resolution\n\nParticipates in subsystem documentation review (up to requirement and architecture) as independent reviewer\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in wearable product development, supported by broad cross-functional expertise across Electrical, Software, and Mechanical Engineering domains.
