If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Systems Engineer (Tableu & Power BI Expert)located in Guadalajara North, Mexico.\nReporting to the Process Engineer the Systems Engineer (Tableu & Power BI Expert)’s role involves:\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDefines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.\nCoordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system.\nIdentifies, explores, and resolves program deficiencies.\nProvides complex software development and consultation to prospective users.\nTracks customer/project issues and drives resolution.\nServes as main Project Development Engineer.\nDevelops and maintains project schedule.\nPrepares and maintains Engineering NRE estimates.\nInterfaces with and guides customer product development calls and meetings.\nAcknowledges customer inquiries concerning complex system software and applications.\nAccountable for systems level development and testing requirements involving finalizing approved Vendor Lists and design of components which are unavailable.\nProvides complex technical assistance for sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications.\nProvides technical direction, as required, for the implementation of industry regulations and best practices as they apply to product/systems.\nDevelops product specifications where applicable.\nDevelops and/or approves test plans and test reports.\nDefines pre-production system build logistics and deployment schedules.\nDevelops engineering release documentation.\nBuilds mini applications, as required, based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of an application, often requiring rapid prototyping.\nEnsures ISO process conformance.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nIntermediate English\n\nBachelor's degree (Graphic Design, IT, or related field)\n\nFull experience with Tableu & Power BI.\n\nAbility to operate telephones, data entry, office software to include word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation packages.\nDemonstrated skills in project management.\nDemonstrates operations and technical skills and understanding of Flex functional standards.\nDemonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary understanding of Flex policies and procedures.\nHas awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.\nImpacts immediate (daily or weekly) operations of the team or functional area.\nAssists in achieving section/sub-function objectives for a functional area.\nExercises independent judgment within defined procedures and practices to achieve objectives; may make decisions absent management supervision using broad guidelines.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nPantry vouchers\n\nSaving Fund\n\nChristmas bonus\n\nHoliday bonus\n\nMedical Insurance\n\nLife Insurance\n\nCP68\nJob Category\nDesign, Process & Technology EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
