Effectiveness the Talent Management Lead The Talent Lead serves as the strategic talent partner for a designated region, enabling the successful deployment of global talent strategy while ensuring alignment with regional business priorities and workforce needs. This role identifies talent and organizational capability gaps, advises HRBPs and business leaders on talent solutions, and drives adoption of enterprise- wide talent programs, processes, and tools. Acting as the bridge between the Global Talent Center of Excellence and the business, the Talent Lead ensures that global standards are implemented consistently while adapting delivery approaches to maximize regional relevance and impact.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nPartner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify talent, leadership, organizational, and capability gaps.\nTranslate business objectives into talent priorities and development strategies.\nAssess regional workforce needs and provide recommendations to strengthen leadership pipelines and critical capabilities.\nMonitor talent health indicators, risks and opportunities in general as well as identify and foster emerging hipo talent.\nGuide leaders and HRBPs through talent review, succession planning, and development planning processes.\nSupport succession bench strength discussions and readiness assessments.\nFacilitate calibration discussions and promote consistent talent practices across the region.\nLeverage talent data and insights to inform workforce decisions and talent investments\nDeploy global leadership development programs and solutions within the region.\nFacilitate new leader acceleration, executive onboarding, team effectiveness, and other approved talent interventions.\nDebrief assessments and leadership feedback tools including 360 feedback and personality/leadership assessments.\nPartner with business leaders to accelerate leadership capability and organizational effectiveness.\nDiagnose team and organizational challenges using approved frameworks and tools.\nFacilitate team effectiveness interventions and support leaders through significant organizational changes.\nHelp leaders translate employee feedback, survey data, and organizational insights into meaningful action plans.\nDrive adoption of culture, engagement, and Ways of Working initiatives\nEnsure successful implementation of global talent programs, processes, and standards.\nAdvocate for regional business needs while maintaining alignment with enterprise talent strategies.\nPartner with Global Process Owners and Talent SMEs to improve programs and provide regional feedback.\nPromote standardization and discourage development of redundant regional solutions when global solutions exist.\nSupport continuous improvement of talent processes, tools, and employee experiences.\nBuild trusted relationships with HR leaders, HRBPs, business executives, and COE partners.\nInfluence decisions through expertise, data, and consultation rather than formal authority.\nServe as a thought partner on talent, leadership, and organizational effectiveness matters.\nCreate alignment among global, regional, and local stakeholders to achieve talent outcomes\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field.\nExperience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organization Effectiveness, HR\nBusiness Partnering, or a related discipline.\nExperience facilitating executive and leadership development programs.\nDemonstrated experience leading talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.\nExperience working across multiple geographies, cultures, and business environments.\nProven ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment.\nDeep expertise in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.\nStrong consulting, facilitation, and executive coaching skills.\nAbility to leverage workforce data and analytics to generate business insights.\nStrong project and change management capabilities.\nExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to balance enterprise consistency with regional business realities.\nSkilled at influencing without direct authority in highly matrixed organizations.\nCommitment to fostering an inclusive culture and developing talent at all levels.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nKC10\nJob Category\nHuman ResourcesRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
