Together, we’re not just advancing technology - we’re redefining cooling standards to create a more sustainable tomorrow.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical Program Manager located inLittleton, MA.\nReporting to theProduct Manager the Technical Program Manager will lead and work closely with a team of inter-disciplined engineers from understanding of customer requirements, to entire prototype/product development cycle, to deliver the prototype solution to the customer and validate the performance at customer application. Strong preference will be given to those with a proven track record of thermal fluid system development and strong problem-solving skills.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nWork with business and commercial leaders to fully understand customer requirements and translate into internal project plan including scope of work, objectives, deliverables, milestones, resource planning, scheduling, and cost estimate. \nLead a cross-functional project team through the product and system development cycle from concept development, to prototyping and validation and work closely with engineering and manufacturing leaders to ensure on-time delivery of quality solutions to the customers\nLead communication and technical exchange with customers, build and cultivate customer relationships\nDevelop and own, initial product functional specs and ensure the final product meet or exceed the spec and customer expectations\nLead technical problem solving and pull in cross functional team to provide innovative solutions\nEngage with external vendors to procure parts and hardware, form partnerships for new capabilities\nActively manage product development stages and milestones\nManage IP generation, protection and ensure product leadership during the development cycle \nEffectively document and communicate progress and results to leadership and to customers\nEnsure effective and efficient technology transfer to product engineering and manufacture teams for product launch\nBe intellectually curious, open to feedback and committed to ongoing professional development\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor (or higher) of Science (B.S. in mechanical or aerospace engineering) and 7+ years of work experience and 2+ years technical program/project management experience.\nExcellent first principles knowledge in mechanical engineering, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, heat transfer and electrical engineering\nTrack record of delivering complex technical solutions to customers with high quality and on schedule\nStrong R&D project management skills and communication skills\nStrong problem-solving and risk analysis skills\nAbility to develop thermal fluids system\nMust be able to lead customer interaction and relationship building\nAbility to balance and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects\nAbility to lead/work independently and lead small teams\nPrior experience in electronics or a hardware industry is preferred\nU.S. Citizenship is required\nBO18\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
