For you, that means doing the best work of your career next to people who make you better, and together bringing ideas to life that make a real impact for the people we serve.\nAbout the role:\nFlex is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead partner integration programs from scoping through launch and ongoing performance. Own delivery across Engineering, Business Development, and external partners, ensuring intgrations launch on time and remain reliable afterward. This is a high impact position offering the chance to shape the foundational technology that will drive Flex’s transformation from a single-product solution to a broad financial services platform.\nWhat you’ll do\nRun launches end to end\nLaunch management: Own the launch plan: timeline, milestone tracker, technical and GTM project management, and escalations when dates slip.\n Experience: Document UI/UX in Figma (placement, partner-surface screens, Embed onboarding) and verify the experience launches correctly and stays correct.\nTechnical design: Drive technical design decisions and troubleshooting during the build, alongside the Engineering Lead who owns the build.\nPilot partners: Be the day-to-day contact for pilot partners and keep them responsive.\nOperate live integrations\nPartner syncs: Run recurring technical syncs with partners, including agenda and follow-ups.\nIncidents: Together with the Technical Account team, own incident escalation and partner communications during issues. \nMonitoring: Review partner performance data monthly and work with Analytics to resolve tracking issues.\nPartner asks: Respond to partners for product functionality and improvements.\nCross-team fixes: Make sure other Flex teams fix and test bugs that affect Integrated partners.\nImprove the platform\nPlatform generalization: Partner with Product and Engineering to evolve our current integrations into a broader, reusable API and platform that supports diverse billers and payment types, including rent. \n Integration excellence: Turn recurring partner issues into reusable process (templates, checklists, runbooks, tooling) that makes each integration faster to launch and cheaper to maintain.\nKey qualifications\nRequired\nExperience: 5+ years in technical program management, technical product, solutions or integration engineering, or a similar role running cross-functional technical launches.\n Integrations: Hands-on experience with third-party integrations and APIs (REST, webhooks, authentication, SDKs, sandbox and production environments), and comfort reading API docs and technical specs.\nProgram management: A track record of taking multi-team projects from kickoff to launch, with milestone tracking, risk management, and escalation.\nCommunication: High attention to detail, with precise and effective communication with external partners and senior stakeholders, including during incidents.\nInfluence: Comfort being accountable for outcomes you do not directly control. You will work across BD, Engineering, and partners without managing them.\nLow ego: As a rapidly growing startup, everyone is a doer. You will lead through influence with no direct reports, and dive into the details yourself.\nPace: Desire for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.\nStrongly preferred\n Fintech and payments: Experience with money movement (flow of funds, ledgering, reconciliation, banking-partner constraints).\n Proptech: Experience with property management software and its ecosystem (for example Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, MRI, AppFolio).\nIncident management: Experience running incident communications and post-incident follow-through.\nNice to have\nPartner programs: Experience running a partner program or developer relations function, or owning a partner API or self-serve integration surface.\nDesign collaboration: Experience working with design on partner-facing UI, and fluency in Figma.\nCompensation\nFlex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines. For candidates located in our Tier 1 (NYC/Bay Area) markets, the base salary pay range for this role is below. Flex utilizes a geographic pay differential based on a cost of labor index. If you are located outside of the cities listed below, your starting pay will be adjusted to align with the market conditions of your specific geographic zone.
