If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical Project Manager, located in Bielsko-Biała, Poland.\nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for driving new product development projects from concept through design, prototyping, testing, validation, and product certification. This role combines strong engineering expertise with project management capabilities, coordinating cross-functional teams while working closely with customers, certification bodies, and business stakeholders.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nLead product development projects from concept through certification and formal product approval.\nDefine technical requirements, project scope, schedules, and key milestones.\nCoordinate the work of R&D, mechanical design, electrical engineering, laboratory, quality, and external technical teams.\nOversee product concepts, solution architecture, and technical documentation.\nOrganize and coordinate prototype builds, as well as functional, environmental, and certification testing.\nCollaborate with certification bodies and testing laboratories to ensure compliance with IEC, UL, and other applicable standards.\nManage technical risks and support project decision-making in collaboration with engineering teams.\nMonitor project budgets, timelines, and overall delivery against objectives.\nReport project status, risks, and progress to management and key stakeholders.\nEnsure product readiness for handover to industrialization and manufacturing organizations.\nSupport the continuous improvement of project management processes and standards within the R&D organization.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nCompleted degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.\nMinimum 5 years ofexperience in product development or engineering project environments.\nProven experience managing technical projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.\nStrong understanding of New Product Development (NPD/NPI) processes and requirements management.\nPreferred experience withLow-voltage switchgear solutions for IEC and UL markets\nLow-voltage busbar systems\nDC power distribution solutions\nPower infrastructure for data centers\nFamiliarity with Autodesk Inventor, Vault, or other CAD/PDM systems.\nKnowledge of DFMEA, Design Reviews, Verification & Validation (V&V), and technical risk management methodologies.\n\nFluent English skills with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interactions with customers, certification bodies, and senior management.\nAbility to travel occasionally\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nInteresting and challenging job in an experienced and close-knit team\nSubstantive support in the process of adaptation\nParticipation in projects of international scope\nSocial package (private medical care, life insurance and benefit card)\nContract of employment\nSH107\nJob Category\nDesign, Process & Technology EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
