The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and requirements.\nConduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.\nCreate detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.\nWork closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure proper implementation.\nFacilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit information from stakeholders and subject matter experts.\nAnalyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.\nDevelop prototypes or mockups to visualize solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders.\nAssist in creating test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.\nProvide support during the testing phase, addressing any issues and ensuring that solutions meet the defined requirements.\nCollaborate with project managers, developers, designers, and other team members to ensure project success.\nMonitor and evaluate implemented solutions to track their effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nProven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a relevant industry.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\nSQL knowledge is desirable and considered as an added advantage.\nExperiencing working with SAAS products is plus like Ivalua/e2open/SNC/Ariba etc..\nProficiency in documenting requirements using tools such as use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.\nFamiliarity with business analysis methodologies, frameworks, and tools.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.\nExperience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.\nCertification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is desirable but not mandatory.\nKnowledge of specific domain or industry trends relevant to the organization is beneficial.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nHealth Insurance\nPTO\nNK99\nJob Category\nITRequired Skills:\nABAP Objects, SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), SAP Web Dynpro for ABAPOptional Skills:\nFlex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
