We're helping close the gap between what the future demands and what the world can deliver.\nAt Axiom, you'll take on meaningful challenges, be trusted with real responsibility, and work alongside people who value candor, collaboration, and continuous learning.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Engineer located in Guadalajara Norte.\nReporting to the Test Engineering Manager, the Test Engineer’s role involves:\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nExperience with electronic test systems: ICT, Functional Test, Flying Probe, Boundary Scan, and device programming.\nKnowledge of Design for Test (DFT) and test coverage analysis.\nValidation of test systems, fixtures, and processes.\nExperience conducting GR&R, correlation studies, and Golden Unit validations.\nElectronics & Troubleshooting\nStrong understanding of electronic circuits and PCBA manufacturing processes.\nAbility to diagnose hardware, test equipment, and product failures.\nHands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic test instruments.\nRoot cause analysis using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, and Fishbone.\nAutomation & Continuous Improvement\nExperience with test automation and software tools (Python, LabVIEW, TestStand, or similar).\nAbility to improve yield, reduce downtime, optimize cycle time, and enhance overall test performance.\nData-driven approach to process improvement and problem-solving.\nProject & Stakeholder Management\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) and production transfers.\nCoordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Design Engineering, Operations, and external suppliers.\nLead technical projects and communicate effectively with customers and global teams.\nStrong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.\nExperience with high-volume manufacturing and automated test systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SPEA Flying Probe systems and Keysight/HP3070 ICT platforms.\nKnowledge of manufacturing quality tools such as MSA, SPC, CAPA, and Control Plans.\nProven track record of delivering yield improvement, cost reduction, and equipment efficiency projects.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nAdvanced English communication skills.\nBachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.\nExperience in Test Engineering within an electronics manufacturing environment.\nDevelops instrument drivers.\nLeadership for managing work teams and effective communication with other departments.\nDevelops and/or supports diagnostic tests at the card edge level.\nDesigns and supports functional test hardware, computer platforms and interfaces.\nDevelop test plans and procedures.\nCoordinates 3rd party development of functional test,\nDesigns, develops and/or supports environmental test programs, procedures and profiles\nDesigns and/or supports mechanical/electrical interfaces for product tests.\nPerforms failure analysis on environmental test failures.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nPantry vouchers\nSaving Fund\nChristmas bonus\nHoliday bonus\nMedical Insurance\nLife Insurance\nEM57\n\nJob Category\nProduction Engineering\n\nAxiom is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
