T\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nLead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training strategies aligned with manufacturing and business objectives.\nPromote a culture of learning and operational excellence throughout the organization.\nBuild partnerships with educational institutions and training providers to strengthen talent pipelines and technical capabilities.\nContributes to needs investigation studies to define training opportunities within an organization.\nConfers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring employees to better recognize changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.\nFormulates teaching outline and define instructional methods such as unipersonal training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops.\nSelects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.\nIdentifies or develops testing and evaluation procedures to be used at completion of training.\nConducts training sessions covering specified areas such as new employee orientation, on-the-job training, use of computers and software, apprenticeship programs, customer service, sales techniques, health and safety practices, public relations, refresher training, promotional development, upgrading and business development.\nEvaluates participants to measure progress and to ascertain effectiveness of training.\nReports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.\nRevises design of training curriculum and methods to improve effectiveness\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS in Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.\nExperience in manufacturing operations, training, learning & development, or workforce development.\nExperience supporting Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environments.\nGood communication skills and excellent relational skills.\nDemonstrates operations and technical skills and comprehension of Flex’s functional standards.\nDemonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid comprehension of Flex policies and procedures.\nHas awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.\n\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance.\nGR66\nJob Category\nHuman ResourcesRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
