If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Treasury Analyst located in Guadalajara, South Campus.\nReporting to the Treasury Manager theTreasury Analyst, this role will be In charge of managing treasury activities, developing processes and holds up in the areas of cash management, Payment Disbursement, FX, Payment Booking and BRS.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nOversees daily cash operations - updating daily bank balances from bank systems/reports, inputting bank wires, and monitoring balances to define cash position for funding and/or investments.\nEvaluates and negotiates banking services and fees, monitors bank performance and manages overall banking relationship.\nCoordinates banking activities for acquisitions and divestitures.\nAssists in wire investigations for corporate bank account reconciliations.\nMaintains global bank account database.\nPerforms worldwide investigation for cash reporting, excess cash, interest income and expense research.\nInteracts with sites to ensure compliance with company's treasury policy and procedures.\nHolds up Corporate and Regional Treasury for Cash Management/Treasury related activities.\nWorks closely with the General Ledger/Bank Reconciliation team to close the open items on timely basis.\nProvides required documentation and maintain appropriate source documents and other related documents in holds up for Audit.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nIntermediate to advanced English proficiency (70%+).\nExperience in Treasury and cash management operations.\nExperience with bank account reconciliations.\n Knowledge of wire transfers and banking transactions.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance.\nOC16\nJob Category\nFinanceRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
