If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\nSummary:\nResponsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and directing an organization to achieve and maintain global operational excellence.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDrive accountability for all results related to global operations.\nParticipate in the development of strategy and operating plans for the business.\nCreate accountability for implementation of all business plans and deliver results.\nEstablish and maintain relationships with customers and industry experts developing a strong pulse on the market landscape\nCo-ordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.\nCoordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.\nCoach and mentor Operations team.\nLeverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.\nDrive accountability for all results related to operations.\nCreate accountability for implementation of all business plans and deliver results.\nEstablish and maintain relationships with customers and industry experts developing a strong pulse on the market landscape\nEstablish a strong relationship with the top customers of the service offering.\nInfluence change management through collaboration and metric management.\nInnovative solution design creating best in class results through continuous improvement.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering or related discipline. MBA is strongly preferred. \nTypically requires 10+ years of manufacturing experience. \nTypically requires at least 7 years of management or supervisory experience.\nDemonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses Requires excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and networking abilities. \nEffective interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate and influence for positive outcomes. Business acumen and proven ability to improve/turnaround key financial results. \nUtilize tools to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, striving to continuously improve value. \nAbility to identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (i.e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks or elimination of non-value-added processes). Requires strong innovation skills and creativity. \nAbility to influence and hold others accountable. \nStrong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
