If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Analyst located in Mechanical Plant Batu Kawan, Penang.\nResponsible for providing data analysis to help warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nMust understand End to End process for whole warehouse operation.\nReview & update Work Instruction (WI) for warehouse operation & activities.\nMust know Warehouse Baan transaction from Raw materials/ Purchased part receiving, put away, storage, kitting trolley, Issuing, until FG receiving & shipment.\nTo lead warehouse team & ensure smooth daily operation.\nTo focus on Baan System Development related warehouse.\nTo drive warehouse improvement project.\nTo participate IKW/SGA.\nTo coordinate with warehouse supervisors & leaders for new process implementation.\nEnsure continuous improvement & automation to standard warehouse process.\nTo work with internal stakeholder (production, planner, buyer, PM) to ensure smooth warehouse operation.\nTo drive cost saving for warehouse related activities & operation.\nTo upgrade and maintain warehouse productivity and efficiency.\nTo optimize warehouse space.\nTo provide solution when there is any warehouse related issue.\nTo analysis the root cause & provide Corrective Action if any.\nAdhere/comply to 5S principles, Security and Safety Compliances at workplace.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nRequires Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience and training. \nRequires a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations with advanced experience using MRP systems.\nBackground in mechanical manufacturing environment would be an added advantage. \nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nLife Insurance\nMedical Benefits\nAllowances and Bonuses\nPaid Time-Off\nHH39\nAA98\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
