If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Lead located in Dallas, Texas.\nReporting to the Warehouse Manager, theWarehouse Lead is responsible for leading the work of others and participates in work related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies.\nShift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nCoordinates the activities of subordinates \nEnsures accurate, up-to-date records of inventory in stockroom and daily operations; completes necessary forms or paperwork for documentation \nExamines incoming shipments for damage or shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify; fills out appropriate forms or documents \n Fills orders and issues materials and supplies per requests; documents transactions, prepares requisitions and computes costs; keeps records of storeroom inventory \nUpdate the status of the materials and ETAs in the ERP system to provide visibility to downstream processes \nTracks material shortages and maintain a complete material shortage report along with resolution status on those items \nInterfaces and coordinates with various department to resolve material and capacity constraints \nNotify appropriate internal teams (project managers, production managers, etc.) of any issues and material shortages that could potentially affect production \nManage the log for material borrows between projects and get appropriate visibility \nPerform other related duties as assigned \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent \n4+ years’ experience in planning, production, inventory, or expediting \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nExcellent organizational and time management skills \nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills \nProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an MRP/ERP System \nPhysical Requirements:\nPeriods of standing, walking, and sitting at a desk using a computer \nMust be able to lift to 35 pounds at a time. \nMust wear PPE, such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, and ear protection, while working on the production floor\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
