The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for Implement a successful operation by managing all distribution, warehouse functions. Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services, supervising staff.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nMaintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.\nComplies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.\nSafeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.\nControls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.\nMaintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.\nReviews the loading and unloading schedules to maximize efficiencies and reduce expenses.\nCoordinate floor cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciling records.\nSets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS or equivalent work experience.\nExperience in materials management, Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, or a related field.\nFluent English (Written & Spoken).\nExperience in metal-mechanical manufacturing.\nPractical knowledge of BAAN or similar systems for inventory and materials management.\nAbility to oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, assorting, and efficiently organizing materials.\nProficiency in cyclical counting and understanding the impact of poor inventory management processes.\nFamiliarity with 5S methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nSC69\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
