If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor (3rd Shift) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the Production Planning Manager the Warehouse Supervisor (3rd Shift) is responsible for accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nSupervise warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, and material distribution.\nLead and develop a team of material handlers and warehouse personnel to ensure operational efficiency.\nCoordinate material flow to support production requirements and ensure on-time material availability.\nMonitor and control inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory audits, and corrective actions.\nOversee production control activities related to materials planning and material availability.\nEnsure compliance with warehouse processes, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.\nUtilize ERP and MRP systems to manage inventory transactions, material requirements, and replenishment activities.\nSupport Pull System processes and material replenishment strategies to ensure uninterrupted production flow.\nGenerate and analyze basic reports using Excel to monitor inventory, material shortages, and operational performance.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and ensure continuous improvement of warehouse operations.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS in engineer or similar.\nExperience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Production Control Supervisor, Materials Supervisor, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials management.\nExperience supervising warehouse teams and material handlers.\nExperience with production control and materials planning processes.\nSolid knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy metrics.\nExperience using ERP and MRP systems.\nStrong leadership, communication, and people management skills.\nExperience in electronics, automotive, or high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.\nBasic English.\nAvailability for the night shift.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance.\nKJ12\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
