The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Associate Warehouse Supervisor located in Columbia, SC.\nReporting to the Warehouse Manager the Associate Warehouse Supervisor will be accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nOversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods. \nEnsures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled. \nPerforms quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods. \nMaintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability. \nMaintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse \nAccountable for ordering necessary equipment. \nEnsures sites are adequately and routinely stocked. \nEnsures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner. \nAccountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.\nTypically requires 3 years of materials experience or experience using Manufacturing\nRequirements Planning (MRP) systems or related field.\nOffice Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems. \nAbility to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.\nAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.\nAn America Production Inventory Control Society (APICS) certificate is preferred.\nImpacts operations of immediate work group. Executes and may provide input to functional processes or technologies. Assists in achieving section/sub-function objectives for a functional area.
