If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build and support products movement and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aWarehouse Supervisor located in Austin, TX.\nThe Warehouse Supervisor would be accountable for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records supporting the regular shift.\nShift Hours : 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (M-F)\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nOversees the picking of finished goods.\nEnsures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.\nPerforms quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.\nMaintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.\nMaintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse.\nAccountable for ordering necessary equipment.\nEnsures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.\nEnsures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.\nParticipating in a Cross functional team setting , coordinate with customers , operations and internal team as and when required for the smooth warehouse operations .\nAccountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse and manage the inventory .\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.\nTypically requires 3+ years of experience working for a service industry shipping or related field.\nPrevious experience of WMS like BAAN, BOM, BOL.
