They will operate appropriate equipment for welding and fabrication and complete tasks with a great deal of precision.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nRead structurals and layouts.\nOperate all shop tools and equipment.\nFamiliar with, and know how to perform, all phases and types of Panel Fabrication.\n Diligent effort to spot possible errors or discrepancies in all phases of work (including layout prints and structurals) and bring them to the attention of the proper authority.\nHelp control inventory and record usage and quantities of materials charged out to jobs.\nComplete steel fabrication, hanging doors for assembly, and building panels.\nWeld components using various welding equipment.\nMaintain the condition of the equipment being used.\nundefined\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nWelding, carpentry, or other related experience preferred.\nAbility to read and use a tape measure.\nExperience in using electrical and manual tools.\nPays close attention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills.\nDemonstrates strong work ethic and values attendance.\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
