impact on the business, we would love to meet you.\nPosition Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end Accounting function across all Greek Group entities, overseeing AP, AR, Fixed Assets and General Accounting.\nManage, coach and develop the Accounting team, ensuring clear ownership, high performance and effective collaboration.\nOwn the monthly and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, reconciliations, accruals and provisions.\nOversee all tax and regulatory compliance, including VAT, VIES, Intrastat, withholding taxes, corporate income tax requirements and MyDATA.\nEnsure accurate accounting and reconciliations across customers, suppliers, inventories, revenue, expenses, fixed assets, loans, leases and IFRS 16.\nParticipate in the Group consolidation process, including intercompany reconciliations and accounting oversight of international subsidiaries.\nEnsure compliance with IFRS, local accounting standards and statutory requirements across all jurisdictions.\nLead the Accounting function's involvement in statutory and tax audits, working closely with auditors and external advisors.\nEstablish and continuously improve accounting policies, internal controls, ERP workflows and automated processes to support the Group's growth.\nPartner closely with FP&A, Treasury and Business Operations on reporting requirements, new initiatives and complex accounting matters.\nUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or another relevant field.\n7-10 years of relevant Accounting experience, with strong hands-on technical accounting knowledge.\nProven experience leading and developing Accounting teams and managing an end-to-end Accounting function.\nStrong knowledge of Greek accounting and tax requirements, including VAT, MyDATA and statutory compliance.\nHolder of a Class A Accountant-Tax Consultant professional license with the corresponding signing authority in Greece.\nSolid knowledge of IFRS, with experience in IFRS 16 and financial statement consolidation.\nExperience working with multiple legal entities and/or international subsidiaries.\nPrevious experience in Big 4, a multinational, fintech or fast-growing scale-up is considered a strong plus.\nExperience with financial and tax audits, internal controls and accounting process improvement.\nStrong Excel, ERP and data analysis skills, with the ability to work effectively with large and complex datasets.\nExcellent organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a hands-on mindset and fluency
