Italy will support the delivery of HR processes and people initiatives across our Italian operations.\nWorking closely with local managers and the international HR team, you will provide day-to-day HR guidance, facilitate employee-related processes, and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace.\nThis is a hands-on, collaborative role, focused on supporting business needs and ensuring the effective implementation of established HR policies and practices.\nResponsibilities\nProvide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and local managers.\nCoordinate recruitment activities and facilitate onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.\nSupport the execution of performance reviews, employee feedback, and development initiatives.\nAssist in addressing employee relations matters, escalating complex cases when appropriate.\nCoordinate HR documentation and liaise with external payroll and employment advisors.\nMonitor employee data and prepare regular HR reports.\nSupport the local implementation of HR policies, engagement activities, and international HR projects.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Business Partner role.\nGood working knowledge of Italian employment legislation and HR administration.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.\nProfessional fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.\nProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment, with proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.\nBenefits\nOpportunity to work in one of the fastest growing scaleups\nA working environment with an amazing culture that is based on Respect, Fairness, and Transparency \nPrivate Health Insurance\nFree coffee and beverages\nCar benefits\nOngoing training and development\nCompetitive salary\nSalary Range:\n35.000 gross annually -
