You will collaborate closely with insurance companies, external partners and internal teams, taking ownership of complex claims while maintaining high operational standards. Your role will also contribute to optimizing claims management processes, controlling costs and delivering a seamless customer experience.\nResponsibilities\nManage the end-to-end automotive claims process, ensuring accurate, timely and effective handling of vehicle damage and insurance-related cases.\nCoordinate with insurance companies, loss adjusters, repair workshops and external partners to ensure smooth claims processing and resolution.\nReview and assess claims documentation, damage reports, repair estimates and related costs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance policies and internal procedures.\nMonitor ongoing claims, proactively follow up on pending cases and ensure timely resolution within established deadlines.\nHandle complex or escalated claims, identifying effective solutions while protecting the company's interests and maintaining high service standards.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date claims records through CRM systems and internal operational tools, ensuring proper documentation and case tracking.\nCollaborate closely with internal teams, including Fleet, Customer Experience, Operations and Finance, to ensure effective coordination and seamless claims management.\nMonitor claims-related costs, identify discrepancies and support cost control and recovery initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to improve claims handling procedures, streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.\nPrepare and monitor claims-related reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.\nRequirements\nUniversity degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, Automotive Engineering or another relevant field.\nAt least 4-5 years of professional experience in automotive or motor insurance claims handling, preferably within the leasing, fleet management, automotive or insurance industry.\nStrong understanding of automotive claims management, vehicle damage assessment, insurance policies and claims handling procedures.\nProven ability to independently manage complex claims and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.\nPrevious experience working with CRM systems and familiarity with claims management platforms or similar operational tools.\nStrong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.\nExcellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and confidence in working with operational data and reports.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nExcellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.\nPrevious experience in the automotive,
