1 信息收集与分析
在日常工作中，主动收集与业务发展和客户管理相关的信息和数据。完整、准确、真实记录市场动态和客户在疾病领域的学术需求，包括建立客户档案，填写C360拜访信息等。应用C360系统所获数据信息来评估市场潜力，辨别业务机会，达成业务目标。
2 资源利用
了解自己所拥有的资源，以及各项资源的使用方法。能够依据业务需要，应用区域管理原则把资源分配到客户层面，在合规前提下和预算范围内，有效执行公司的市场策略和品牌活动。
3 客户管理
制定阶段性拜访计划，为每一次拜访设定SMART且连续性的拜访目标，提升客户认可度，并定期回顾，与区域内的重点客户建立并推进良好工作关系，并正面影响其他客户。
4 绩效管理
运用绩效管理工具达成个人绩效目标、在上级经理的指导下实现专业能力提升、职业发展。
Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements 职位资格和经验要求:
Education学历
大学学历，商业、医学或辅助医学专业优先。
Experience经验
至少3-5年制药/医疗行业工作经验
Competencies能力
较强的谈判和沟通能力
团队合作，自我激励，自信，敬业
