This is a dual role: carrying a personal quota focused on strategic CFD accounts while leading, developing, and scaling a high-impact sales team.\nWhat Makes This Role Unique\nYou will lead the GTM future of Flow360, close flagship strategic CFD deals, and scale a high-performance sales team\nengaged with the world’s most advanced aerospace, automotive, and hardware engineering organizations.\nRequirements\nOwn personal quota for named strategic enterprise CFD accounts.\nLead full-cycle enterprise sales: discovery, PoC, value quantification, negotiation, and close.\nBuild deep relationships with CTOs, Chief Engineers, Heads of Aero/Thermal/Structures.\nLead and mentor a team of Account Executives.\nEstablish a data-driven sales culture with rigorous forecasting and KPI accountability.\nDefine and drive the GTM strategy for Flow360.\nPartner with Product, SE, and Marketing to align roadmap and customer needs.\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n10+ years enterprise software/CAE/engineering/technical sales experience.\n3-6 years leading or mentoring sales teams.\nProven track record closing complex CFD or simulation enterprise deals.\nFamiliarity with CFD fundamentals, geometry/meshing workflows, and GPU/HPC concepts.\nHighly data-driven operator with strong forecasting and metrics fluency.\nExcellent communicator with both technical and C-suite stakeholders.\nSuccess Metrics\nPersonal and team quota attainment.\nPipeline growth and forecast accuracy.\nStrategic wins across aerospace, automotive, robotics, and hardware sectors.\nTeam
