Your ability to set up equipment correctly, troubleshoot issues early, and maintain standards directly impacts quality, uptime, and delivery.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMonitor and support injection molding and blow molding machines\nPerform mold changes, startups, and process adjustments\nTroubleshoot equipment, tooling, and auxiliary systems\nComplete preventative maintenance and basic equipment upkeep\nWork closely with Quality to resolve issues and verify specifications\nUse measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, scales)\nComplete setup, production, and maintenance documentation accurately\nMaintain clean, safe, and audit-ready work areas\nSupport and mentor less-experienced team members\nModel our core value: OWN IT\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability\nSolid manufacturing experience (injection molding strongly preferred)\nAttention to detail and commitment to quality and safety\nAbility to follow GMP, safety, and standard work procedures\nClear communication skills and dependable work habits\nWillingness to learn, improve processes, and take ownership\nWhat Success Looks Like\nEquipment runs efficiently with minimal downtime\nMold changes and startups are completed right the first time\nMaintenance is completed on schedule-not deferred\nQuality issues are identified, resolved, and documented\nWork areas remain clean, organized, and inspection-ready\nQualifications\nRequired\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nExperience with GMP, ISO, Lean, or 5S environments in a manufacturing environment\nAbility to use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers)\nBasic computer skills (Word, Excel, data entry)\nStrong English communication skills (verbal and written)\nPreferred (Not Required)\nInjection molding experience\nFamiliarity with IQMS or similar manufacturing systems\nCareer Growth & Skill Development\nAt Flexcraft, advancement is earned through skill, reliability, and ownership.
