Flexe.com \nAs a Software Engineer, you will join a product development team and partner with other software engineers who are passionate about solving real-world problems. Team members are expected to work in-office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with remote work on Monday and Friday.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nEvolve the technology that is at the heart of our business. You are responsible for architecting and implementing systems that impact our customers directly.\nFacilitate personal and team growth. We encourage design and investment in resilient systems in order to minimize support burden. \nDoes this sound like you?\n3+ years of commercial Software Development experience.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.\nExperience with building systems using Service Oriented Architecture or Microservice design patterns.\nOur tech stack is Ruby on Rails, Scala, and Kotlin. However, we will train the right person who has experience in one or more of the following modern languages: Java, Golang, C#, Python, etc.\nExperience with designing reliable cloud-based systems at scale.\nA history of team-oriented development and a drive to continuously learn.\nThe salary range for this role is $147,250 to $206,800 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen.
