innovation.\nThe First 90 Days\nYour first responsibility is to understand the platform's role in Flexera's future.\nThat means building deep relationships with leaders across Product, Engineering, UX, Architecture, Data Engineering, and AI while gaining an understanding of our current platform landscape, investment priorities, and customer challenges.\nYou will assess the state of our platform evolution of the Unified Object Model, semantic layer, and data platform strategy.\nPartner with Architecture and Engineering leaders to establish scalable platform capabilities that support future growth.\nWork closely with UX leadership to create consistent, intuitive, and connected customer experiences across Flexera One.\nEstablish governance models, operating processes, and prioritization frameworks that improve transparency and decision quality.\nDrive adoption of platform capabilities across product teams and measure platform business impact.\nPartner with AI and Analytics leaders to America.\nTranslate complex technical initiatives into clear business value for executive stakeholders.\nChampion a platform-as-a-product mindset across the organization.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequired\n8+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years leading product teams.\nDemonstrated success leading platform, data, infrastructure, developer platform, or shared services product organizations.\nExperience defining and scaling enterprise data platforms, governance frameworks, semantic models, or common platform services.\nStrong understanding of platform economics, adoption strategies, and cross-functional stakeholder management.\nProven ability to work across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data, and AI organizations.\nExperience building and executing multi-year-old platform roadmaps that serve multiple product teams.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong systems thinking and ability to navigate complex organizational and technical dependencies.\nExperience working effectively with globally distributed teams and senior leadership across time zones.\nPreferred\nExperience with SaaS platforms, enterprise software, IT management, cloud management, FinOps, or technology data platforms.\nKnowledge of data modeling, semantic layers, data governance, data quality frameworks, and data products.\nExperience building AI-ready platforms, knowledge graphs, contextualization layers, or intelligent experiences.\nExperience leading user experience transformation initiatives within a multi-product SaaS environment.\nExperience operating within PE-backed or high-growth technology organizations.\nExperience serving as the most senior product leader for a regional office of a
