You will lead a team of designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent visual representation across all marketing channels. Your expertise in graphic design, leadership skills, and strategic thinking will be instrumental in elevating our brand and driving business growth.\nROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop and implement creative design strategies aligned with our brand vision and marketing objectives.\nEnsure brand consistency across all visual elements and maintain brand guidelines.\nCollaborate with the marketing and events team to conceptualise and create visually compelling digital and print assets, including website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and signage.\nLead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth.\nFacilitate effective communication and coordination between team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and workflow management.\nManage third-party agencies/freelancers that support The Flexi Group brands in their digital applications for example: website, advertising etc.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting quality standards.\nOversee the production of event graphics, including posters, banners, signage, digital displays, and other promotional materials.
