If you are passionate about design, eager to leverage cutting-edge AI visual tools to elevate efficiency, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.\nReporting directly to the Graphic Design Lead, you will be responsible for executing high-quality visual content across print and digital marketing channels, leveraging modern design systems and AI-assisted workflows to deliver impactful artwork at scale.\nROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDesign Execution & Production\nHandle regular design requests across all The Flexi Group markets and execute adhoc marketing assignments in a timely manner. \nCreate, format, and adapt digital and print assets across channels, including social media artwork, email templates, landing page graphics, web banners, app visuals, flyers, signage, and event collateral.\nApply and maintain existing brand guidelines, color palettes, typography rules, and design systems consistently across all assigned deliverables for all sub-brands.\nBuild, maintain, and optimize user-friendly design templates in Canva and Google Workspace tools (Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Sheets) that allow non-designer team members across regions to generate on-brand assets quickly and accurately.\nPrepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, trim lines) and production-ready digital assets (PNG, SVG, web-optimized JPEG) accurately.\nAI Integration & Efficiency Focus\nActively integrate modern AI visual tools (e.g. Canva AI, Magnific.ai) into daily design workflows for image generation, mood boarding, background expansion, and asset optimization to drastically increase output and efficiency.\nEmbrace new generative AI design technologies and participate in team training to continuously optimize creative workflows.\nCollaboration & Growth\nWork closely with cross-functional marketing and events teams to support project launches and campaign execution.\nUtilize feedback and mentorship from the Graphic Design Lead and Graphic Designer to refine creative outputs, develop visual skills, and deliver work on schedule.\nMaintain and organize the company's digital asset library to ensure easy file accessibility across teams.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or any other related disciplines\nA minimum of 1+ years experience in designing posters, graphic design or related.\nProven capability in creating structured, easy-to-use brand templates in Canva and Google Workspace tools (Google Slides, Docs) for business teams.\nHands-on experience or active experimentation with generative AI tools for visual creation and design workflows (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL-E, Canva AI tools).\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and collaborative digital tools such as Figma.Video editing and motion graphic skills (Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects) are a strong advantage.\nStrong foundational understanding of layout composition, visual hierarchy, color theory, grid systems, and typography.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital, print, and template design work.\nFluent in written and spoken English. \nKeen eye for detail, strong time management skills, and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.\nA collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to take feedback constructively and work seamlessly across cross-functional teams.\nForward-thinking, proactive, and excited to adopt new technologies that improve creative output.\nBenefits\nCompetitive salary reflective of your growth\nVariety of discounts across our growing industry partners\nA comprehensive training academy to support your growth and longevity with us\nEducation allowance to support external training \nA fun, dynamic working environment, working with a diverse, world-class team\nRegular team and community events based on our four event pillars; Business, Community-building, Entertainment and Wellness\nAn extra day of leave to celebrate your birthday\nAn annual dedicated day to volunteer at a charity of your choice\nFive days Flexcation a year, used to extend your time away by working in any of The Flexi Group locations \nWE ARE AN EQUAL-OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER\nWe are committed to creating an inclusive, respectful environment that embraces individuality and talents.
