This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with commercial thinking and wants to make a measurable impact on business growth.\nWhat we're looking for:\nIdeally you'll have:Experience\n2-4 years' experience in a marketing, CRM, lifecycle or growth marketing role.\nExperience managing email marketing campaigns and customer journeys.\nExperience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.\nAnalytical SkillsStrong numerical and analytical ability.\nComfortable working with data and reporting tools.\nAbility to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation.\nCommercial MindsetStrong understanding of marketing performance metrics.\nFocused on achieving measurable business outcomes.\nAbility to balance creativity with commercial thinking.\nCommunicationExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively across departments.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nTechnical SkillsExperience with CRM and email marketing platforms.\nConfident using Excel and reporting tools.\nUnderstanding of website analytics and conversion tracking.\nBonus points for:\nExperience with HubSpot, Dotdigital or similar platforms. \nKnowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation. \nExperience within financial services, fintech or B2B marketing. \nFamiliarity with Google Analytics and Looker Studio. \nExperience building reporting dashboards and performance frameworks.\nJob responsibilities\nCRM & Lifecycle MarketingOwn and manage CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle.\nBuild and optimise automated customer journeys.\nDevelop nurture programmes to improve lead conversion.\nCreate retention and reactivation campaigns to maximise customer lifetime value.\nSegment customer databases and identify new targeting opportunities.\nMarketing AutomationDevelop and maintain automated marketing workflows.\nContinuously improve campaign personalisation.\nWork alongside sales and operations teams to improve lead handover processes.\nEnsure CRM and automation platforms are operating effectively and efficiently.\nConversion OptimisationMonitor customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.\nSupport landing page optimisation and testing activities.\nAnalyse user behaviour and campaign performance data.\nRecommend and implement improvements based on insight and analysis.\nCampaign Performance & ReportingProduce weekly and monthly performance reports.\nAnalyse campaign effectiveness and ROI across channels.\nMonitor key metrics including leads, conversion rates and customer engagement.\nSupport attribution reporting and provide actionable recommendations\n Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Content, Social Media, Design and Video teams to create high-performing campaigns.\nPartner with Sales and Operations to improve the overall customer experience.\nSupport wider marketing projects and business growth initiatives.\nBenefits\nThere are plenty of reasons to join us at Flex HQ.
