Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.\nRole Overview\nAs IT Asset Manager, you will run the lifecycle of every laptop, server, and software license the GCC owns, from procurement through retirement, and keep the asset register audit-ready at all times.\nKey Responsibilities\nHardware Asset Lifecycle\nTrack devices from receipt and tagging through deployment, refresh, and secure disposal\nRun periodic physical audits and reconcile counts against the asset management system\nCoordinate with IT support and facilities on asset movement across sites\nSoftware and License Compliance\nMaintain the software asset inventory and reconcile licenses against actual usage\nTrack entitlements, renewals, and true-up obligations across major vendors\nPrepare the GCC for internal and vendor license audits\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n4 to 8 years in IT asset management, IT procurement, or infrastructure operations\nHands-on experience with an ITAM or CMDB platform such as ServiceNow or Flexera\nWorking knowledge of major software licensing models and vendor contracts\nClear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup\nPreferred Qualifications\nCHAMP, CSAM, or ITIL certification\nExperience supporting a GCC, shared-services centre, or large enterprise IT function\nFamiliarity with
