infrastructure, service desk, and vendor relationships — reporting into the site leadership team.\nKey Responsibilities\nIT Operations & Infrastructure\nOwn the day-to-day performance of servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud workloads\nSet and track SLAs for incident response, change management, and uptime\nManage the IT budget, licensing renewals, and hardware refresh cycles\nTeam & Vendor Management\nLead and mentor a team of support, network, and systems engineers\nNegotiate and manage contracts with ISPs, cloud providers, and hardware vendors\nDrive security posture — patching cadence, access reviews, and audit readiness\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n6 to 10 years in IT operations or infrastructure, including 2+ years leading a team\nHands-on grounding in networks, Windows/Linux server administration, and at least one major cloud platform\nComfortable owning a budget and justifying spend to non-technical stakeholders\nClear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup\nPreferred Qualifications\nITIL Foundation certification or equivalent process exposure\nExperience with an ITSM tool (ServiceNow, Freshservice, or similar) and endpoint
