Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.\n\nRole Overview\n\nAs a Senior Graphic Designer, you will independently own design for internal communications, brand collateral, and stakeholder presentations, translating global brand guidelines into work that resonates with a large, distributed organisation.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign Delivery\n\nOwn end-to-end design for presentations, internal campaigns, and brand collateral used across the GCC\nInterpret global brand guidelines and adapt them for India-specific communications and events\nPartner directly with stakeholders in HR, communications, and business units to scope and deliver design requests\n\nStandards and Governance\n\nMaintain brand consistency across templates, decks, and digital assets\nBuild and document reusable design systems that other designers and non-designers can follow\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n\n5 to 8 years in graphic or visual design, with experience supporting a large, matrixed organisation\nStrong command of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation design in PowerPoint or Keynote\nComfortable managing multiple stakeholder requests and shifting priorities without a manager buffering the work\nClear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nPrior experience in a GCC, shared-services, or large-enterprise design function\nFamiliarity with brand governance and template systems used across time zones\n\nWhat We
