Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.\nRole Overview\nAs a Systems Administrator, you will manage servers, directory services, and business-critical systems, balancing uptime with security and compliance requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nSystems Administration\nAdminister Windows/Linux servers, virtualisation, and backup systems\nManage Active Directory, identity, and access provisioning\nPlan and execute patching, upgrades, and capacity changes\nSecurity & Compliance\nImplement and monitor security controls across servers and endpoints\nMaintain compliance documentation for internal and client audits\nOwn disaster-recovery and backup procedures, and test them regularly\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n3 to 7 years administering enterprise servers and infrastructure\nStrong hands-on experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administration\nWorking knowledge of Active Directory, virtualisation, and backup/DR practices\nClear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft, Red Hat, or equivalent systems certification\nExperience in a regulated or
