clean code, basic async)\n\nExperience with Django or FastAPI\n\nBasic understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture\n\nBasic knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases\n\nBasic knowledge of React and JavaScript/TypeScript\n\nExperience using Git and collaborative development workflows\n\nAI Development Skills:\n\nDaily experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar\n\nAbility to write clear, structured prompts for software engineering tasks\n\nUnderstanding of prompt engineering fundamentals and effective context management\n\nExperience using AI for code generation, debugging, refactoring, documentation, testing, and research\n\nAbility to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code instead of accepting it blindly\n\nCuriosity to explore new AI tools and incorporate them into daily development workflows\n\nCommunication & Professional Skills:\n\nEnglish level: B2+ (written and features\n\nSupport frontend development using React\n\nWork with PostgreSQL and integrate third-party APIs when needed\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code\n\nUse AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT as part of your daily development workflow\n\nParticipate in code reviews, daily syncs, technical discussions, and occasional client meetings\n\nContinuously improve
